The Company offers niche market expertise in regard to Nigerian customs clearing and duty compliance procedures. Coastwise has preferred access to a customs terminal for Nigerian entities importing goods from Canada. The Company benefits from the parent company’s developed network of strategic partners across Africa and a representative office in Nigeria to provide any on-the-ground service to exporting clients.

Our core vision for Coastwise Freight Forwarding is to utilize our shipping, logistics and export and import industry experience,
as well as our financial resources and strategic relationships in Nigeria, to position CFF, as a leading provider of bespoke
international freight forward and export-related solutions for Ontario companies. Our primary initial focus is
targeting companies who are already exporting their goods to Nigeria, as well as seeking to establish relationships with
growing Ontario based companies who are producing goods and services that are in high demand in Nigeria and West
Africa. For these clients, CFF will seek to assist them in finding buyers for their exports and manage the export process on
their behalf.
CFF is still in the early stages of its implementing its business model. The company has established a plan for the introduction
of various services and products which includes the following short term objectives (within the next two years):
(i) Develop a customer-service oriented, technology-enabled freight forwarding and customs brokerage company, aimed
at exporting high demand Ontario sourced products to Nigerian businesses and consumers.
(ii) Leveraging CFF’s, strategic relationships, and import handling resources in Africa to offer one-stop value-added
services to Canadian exporters when their goods arrive at their destinations.
(iii) Establish a strategic consultancy, distribution, agency and export management service aimed at Ontario-based Small
and Medium-sized business active in high growth industries, that will assist them in developing new markets for their
goods and services in Nigeria, and other African countries.
Within the next three to five years it’s our goal to be recognized as the leading independently owned international freight
forwarding and export service company specializing in providing transportation services aimed at improving the
efficiencies and volume of bilateral trade flows between Canada and its African trading partners.
